RHS Gold Medal Winning Landscape Architects

Victoria Wade Landscapes is a multi RHS Gold Medal Winning Garden Design and Landscape Architecture practice based in Swansea in South Wales, run by husband and wife team Victoria and Joe Wade. We create beautiful gardens and landscapes for both private and commercial clients throughout South Wales.

We are passionate about the environment, and love creating gardens that both wildlife and people can enjoy. We launched our business in early 2013, and our first major project was our Gold Medal Winning ‘Up-Cycle’ show garden at the RHS Cardiff Flower Show in April 2013. In 2014 we were invited back to design a show garden for the RHS to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Cardiff show which won a Silver Gilt Medal. In April 2015 we built our largest and most ambitious show garden to date, which won a Gold Medal and was awarded ‘Best in Show’.

Victoria graduated from Sheffield University in September 2012 and was awarded a distinction in her MA in Landscape Architecture.

Prior to her masters, Victoria completed a BA in Architecture, also at the University of Sheffield where she was taught the principles of sustainable design. A desire to engage more with nature lead her on to study Landscape Architecture where she was able to combine her design skills with a new knowledge of horticulture and planting design.
