As a thriving family run business our tight knit team combines their individual brilliance and expertise with a collective and collaborative drive to get the job done well and delight our clients.

Founders Vic and Joe are assisted in the studio by Lizzie who supports with client liaison and back office project co-ordination and Nic with office admin and finance.

Head Gardener, Claire is a highly experienced plantswoman who heads up our plant nursery and deftly coordinates planting projects for our clients. Plant propagation and care is one of her many superpowers and the nursery is burgeoning at the seams with healthy stock thanks to her diligent efforts.

On client sites you will see our dedicated team of gardeners including Leo, Chris and Andrew who tirelessly turn out in all weathers to bring our projects to life.
